This gorgeous swing-back coat is originally from the Georgia-based Erin London label and is a great example of how the 1980s incorporated 1950s style. The cut is an ever-so-slight swing shape from bust to hem, with slightly more fit in the waist that a 1950s swing-back jacket.

The faux Persian curly lamb's wool fabric has a soft velvety texture and offers some warmth and standout style. It is a hip-length and has full-length sleeves. The flap collar is can fold up to keep a chilly wind out. The coat closes with the five original brown buttons .

The rich brown color and simple but striking tailoring make this a versatile piece that can mix and match with a variety of styles and styling in a current wardrobe. Dress it up or down; mix it with a polished, sleek look or with a jeans-and-a-tee look.

The coat is in excellent condition, with few signs of wear and no damage, and it retains the original Erin London label. The faux curly lamb textured velvet is fabric 67% acetate, 15% cotton, 9% nylon and 9% polyester; the full lining is 100% polyester.
